Why do we exclusively use beeswax produced in the USA? Quality. We spent a lot of time and money trying to find a beeswax supplier that met our standards. We ended up wasting a lot of that money on "100% beeswax" that was anything but. The waxes would arrive and we would be greeted by the smell of plastics, chemicals, and other fragrances, and the consistency and texture of the wax would be all wrong. Have you ever ordered a beeswax candle and immediately knew that it was fake for one reason or another? That was our experience with all of the wax we purchased that was not from the USA, and even some of it that was "from" the USA as well. But we continued our search and finally settled on a reputable supplier from the midwest, where the bees are free to roam along plains and mountains to make the highest-quality beeswax we can find.
