Im sure its wonderful but found it to heavy and greasy for my skin.
Got this as a gift for my birthday. I'm about 3 months in to using it and its fantastic on my skin. My father who got it mentioned it might be a bit heavy for my skin, but this is just right. Its rich and creamy, but not sticky at all which was the big issue I always had. I use it mostly on my face, but its also great on my legs and scars as it rejuvinates the skin. I personally really like the natural smell. Not very strong, smells a touch like butter or but slightly sweeter somehow? Its hard to describe but Its very nice. Its wonderful as a lip balm especially since it has almost no flavor and IS NOT STICKY!! I used to use lip balms and oils but they were either sticky, runny, or generally not a nice texture/smell/or taste. This checks all the boxes. Lasts all day. Moisturizes perfectly. Melts into the skin. Doesnt leave a weird residue or grossness. In general my skin is also super sensitive and prone to acne and this doesnt even feel like im putting anything on, but it feels and looks so much better when I do.
It does get a touch harder when its colder, but I have had no issues with melting. Very easy application with my fingers and it hasnt gone weird at all even with me just using my fingers to scoop it. Only issue I had was the plastic lid which recently cracked since i overtightened it on the glass container. I came here to let them know the possible issue and I see its already been fixed with a metal lid!! 10/10 recommend. Fantastic product and when I burn through this one i plan on getting more :)
I am still getting used to the Whipped Tallow Balm, but I'm sure it will also be amazing.
